We think that 4 Richmond close is one of the coolest properties we have built. Finished some fifteen years ago it incorporates much that we consider the ethos of Sullivan Building and Restoration. Designed to blend into the semi- woodland surroundings in which the property is set, we chose as far as possible to use materials derived from natural sources. This ensured that the overall tone of the finished house and its additional drive, patio and ultimately the garden, swept seamlessly into its natural surroundings, producing an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity.
With the right designer and the right builder dreams can be turned into reality. We all know what we don’t want from our homes so let’s build homes that we do want.
We have extensive experience working with a wide variety of local stone and brick, as well as timbers from sustainable forests, bringing together textures and hues that reflect the landscape of the Central Midlands.
Our experience also extends to the use of sheet metals in roofing. For instance Sullivan Building and Restoration would be more than happy to quote for copper and stainless steel. We also have a great deal of experience in laying all codes of sheet lead including traditional sand cast sheet. Follow the link to our blog page: Sheet Lead
Working together with your Architect and Designer we can bring your dreams to fruition.
